The challenge
Fit-out and construction quoting typically moves through disconnected stages, from drawing takeoff to procurement to final quotation, with language barriers adding friction across teams.
What we built
A 5-stage connected workflow platform taking a project from drawing through to quotation, supporting both English and Chinese-speaking teams throughout. It was built as a SaaS product: Stripe handles payments, OpenRouter orchestrates requests across AI models, and Langfuse traces every model call so quality and cost can be monitored.
The result
The workflow now runs as a single connected system rather than five disconnected handoffs, in both languages.
