This page explains the cookies and similar technologies avinyalabs.co uses, and how you control them. We keep this short because we use very few.

How consent works

If you visit from Europe (the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland), analytics does not run until you choose Accept all. Reject all is just as easy, and nothing optional runs if you close the card without choosing. Everywhere else, analytics runs by default and you can opt out at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics wherever you are.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.

Other services on our pages

Contact form security. When you use the contact form or the AI readiness check, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, not a bot. It does not set cookies. It reads technical signals from your browser for this check only, which makes it strictly necessary for the form to work.

Fonts and images. Our fonts and photos are served from our own server, so no font or image provider receives your data.

Whop pixel. We use a measurement pixel from Whop to see which visits lead to a purchase on Whop. It records page views on every page, sets the cookies in the table above, and sends that information to Whop. Unlike Google Analytics, it is not switched off by the cookie choice or by a Global Privacy Control signal. To avoid it, block cookies and third-party scripts in your browser, or email contact@avinyalabs.co.

ChatGPT Ads pixel. We run ads in ChatGPT and use OpenAI’s measurement pixel to see which ad visits lead to a contact request or a booked call. It follows the same cookie choice as Google Analytics: it stays off in Europe until you accept, and it is off when you reject or send a Global Privacy Control signal. How OpenAI handles data it receives is described in OpenAI’s own privacy policy.

We do not use social media tracking cookies. How Whop handles data it receives is described in Whop's own privacy policy.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we cannot remember your choice, so the cookie card will appear again.
