AI systems and your data
We build AI-powered products for clients. Where a client engagement involves processing personal data through an AI model, that data is processed under the terms of the specific client agreement, is not used to train any general-purpose model, and is not shared with a model provider beyond what’s required to generate a response.

We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the business, for example hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing. We don’t sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep contact and enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it when it’s no longer needed. Project data from client engagements is retained according to the terms of the relevant client agreement.
