## The challenge

Project Nova needed more than a fixed-feature MVP: a community product for iOS, Android and the web, with AI-assisted discovery, messaging and trust and safety, on a foundation that could keep growing after launch.

## What we built

Project Nova was engineered as a multi-platform community ecosystem combining AI-assisted discovery, experience sharing, reputation, messaging, location-aware experiences, analytics, and trust and safety. The engineering foundation includes modular business domains, real-time messaging, content publishing workflows, moderation tools, behavioural analytics, English and Arabic localization, QA validation, regression testing, production releases and performance monitoring.

## The result

A scalable product foundation designed for continuous product evolution rather than a fixed-feature MVP. The platform connects three client applications, more than 20 product modules and 7+ core business domains on one shared backend platform.
